These spheres of chocolate are produced by the process of panning in which tempered milk chocolate is drizzled slowly onto the kernel rotating in a drum. The final confection has mouth melting texture which belies its robust nature. Available in 140g cello bags, as shown, or 200g gift tins and 400g resealable bags.
